課程概述

1. 基礎理論及應用: 本課程將介紹氣態、液態和固態樣品等各種樣品基質的傳統和現代分離/萃取技術分離技術,並以SCI文章和應用內容與學生進行討論。同時討論每種技術的優點、侷限性及其關鍵技巧。
2. 實作課程: 實際操作現行法規常用之萃取技術,如SPE、LPME及QuEChERS等,並了解其技巧及問題解決。
1. Fundamental and Application: This course offers consistently traditional and modern techniques of separation/extraction for gas-phase, liquid-phase, and solid-phase samples, incorporating SCI articles and applications. Advantages and limitation of each technique will also be discussed.
2. Practice Course: Modern extraction approaches, e.g. SPE, LPME, and QuEChERS, will be practiced by students to learn how to perform the extraction techniques and troubleshoot problems. 

課程目標
1. Enhance students’ knowledge in separation science, and how to perform separation techniques to purify/isolate compounds.
2. Figure out the differences and practical in various separation/extraction techniques, and how to select an appropriate sample pretreatment approach to extract target analytes in the specific matrix.
